To transfer a certificate from another computer

Open Users and Passwords in Control Panel.
On the Advanced tab, click Certificates.
In Certificate Manager, click Import, and follow the instructions on the screen.

Notes

You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group to use Users and Passwords.
